Liebe Studierende, liebe Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter,

 
die O-Woche neigt sich langsam dem Ende zu und wir hoffen, dass ihr bisher auf unvergessliche Tage zurückschaut und viele neue Menschen kennengelernt habt. Morgen Abend ist es endlich so weit und wir möchten mit euch gemeinsam das Finale der Woche mit der großen Ersti-Party feiern!
 
Damit alle einen entspannten und sicheren Abend haben, haben wir hier die wichtigsten Informationen für euch zusammengefasst.
 

Das Wichtigste auf einen Blick:

  • Wann: Morgen von 21:30 Uhr bis 05:00 Uhr.
     
  • Zugang & Einlass: Der Einlass erfolgt diesmal nicht über den Kreisel. Bitte kommt von der Straße „Karlsburg“ aus und lauft dort zwischen Haus V und Haus K hindurch zum Eingang.
     
  • Einlassprinzip: Es gilt „First come, first served“ - kommt am besten frühzeitig, da der Einlass stoppt, sobald die Kapazitätsgrenze erreicht ist.
     
  • Einlassvoraussetzungen: Bitte bringt euren Studierendenausweis oder Mitarbeitendenausweis mit. Externe Gästinnen und Gäste dürfen gerne als Begleitung („+1“) mitgebracht werden.
     
  • Programm: Euch erwarten ein Elektro- und ein Pop-Floor.
     

Verpflegung & Zahlung:

  • An den Bars bekommt ihr Getränke zu fairen Studierendenpreisen (Zahlung bar oder mit Karte).
     
  • Für Verpflegung sorgt ein Foodtruck. Bitte beachtet: Am Foodtruck ist nur Barzahlung möglich!
     

Sicherheits- & Einlasshinweise:

  • Taschen: Es sind nur kleine Taschen (keine Rucksäcke!) erlaubt (maximal A4-Format).
     
  • Verbotene Gegenstände: Das Mitführen von Glasflaschen, Dosen, Deos, Parfüms sowie Hieb-, Stichwaffen oder sonstigen gefährlichen Gegenständen ist nicht gestattet.
     
  • Rauchen und Vapen: Nur im Außenbereich erlaubt. Bitte haltet mindestens 2 Meter Abstand zu den Eingängen und Türen.

Hinweis zu Fotoaufnahmen:

 
Während der Veranstaltung werden Fotos gemacht. Solltet ihr nicht fotografiert werden wollen, gebt dem Foto-Team vor Ort bitte direkt Bescheid.

Orientation Week is slowly coming to an end, and we hope you’ve had some unforgettable days so far and met lots of new people. Tomorrow evening is the big night, and we’d like to celebrate the week’s finale with you at the big freshman party!

To ensure everyone has a relaxed and safe evening, we’ve summarized the most important information for you here:

The most important details at a glance:
 
  • When: Tomorrow from 9:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
  • Access & Entry: This time, entry will not be via the roundabout. Please come from “Karlsburg” Street and walk between Building V and Building K to the entrance.
  • Admission Policy: Admission is on a “first come, first served” basis—it’s best to arrive early, as admission will close once capacity is reached.
  • Admission Requirements: Please bring your student ID or employee ID. External guests are welcome to attend as companions (“+1”).
  • Program: There will be an electronic music floor and a pop music floor.
 
Food & Payment:
 
  • You can get drinks at the bars at fair student prices (payment by cash or card).
  • A food truck will be serving food. Please note: Only cash is accepted at the food truck!
 
Safety & Admission Guidelines:
 
  • Bags: Only small bags (no backpacks!) are allowed (maximum A4 size).
  • Prohibited Items: Glass bottles, cans, deodorants, perfumes, as well as bladed weapons, stabbing weapons, or other dangerous items are not permitted.
  • Smoking and Vaping: Permitted only in outdoor areas. Please maintain a distance of at least 2 meters from entrances and doors.
 
Note on Photography:
 
Photos will be taken during the event. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let the on-site photography team know immediately.
